Passionate followers of the actress are calling for that a individual who breached a barricade and touched the actress during Thursday's Wicked: For Good launch be arrested or expelled from Singapore.

A circulating footage depicts the individual from Australia shoving aside media personnel and lunging at Grande while the performers proceeded down a event pathway flanked by onlookers.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo quickly pulled the shocked star away from Mr Wen, who was seen being led away of the event by security officers.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram late on Thursday that he was "let go after being arrested", though legal records indicated that he was due to attend court on the following morning. It is uncertain if he was faced legal action.

Record of Disruptions

This is not an isolated incident for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Troll Most Hated", has invaded a concert or event. His Instagram account contains recordings of him disrupting other star-studded functions, including breaching the performance area at the artist's Sydney concert in earlier this year and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers concert in the area last winter.

"There needs to be action enforced against him as this is obviously a criminal offence," commented an Instagram commenter, in a reply to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his behavior.

"This appears to be a habit... why are you not imprisoned?" a different Instagram user questioned.

Followers Express Concern Over Grande's Past Trauma

Numerous fans blamed Mr Wen for "causing further distress" Grande, who had discussed experiencing PTSD after a suicide bomb attack at the end of her spring 2017 performance in Manchester, resulting in the death of 22 people and injuring hundreds.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" commented another response on Instagram.

A number of supporters also criticised guards at the premiere for not being sufficiently alert; while different individuals called for online networks to remove Mr Wen's videos.

Response and Premiere Information

In clips circulating online, Grande seemed surprised when she was approached by the intruder. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be seen reassuring her while Mr Wen was removed by staff.

Grande has not issued a statement on the incident, and the remaining proceedings carried on uninterrupted.
