Tehran is ready to reinitiate atomic discussions with the United States as long as it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations was effective, and shared recent overtures had been made by go-betweens to reopen talks with the American leadership. Previous Discussions Suddenly Ended

The prior phases of negotiations between the United States and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and bitter termination on 12 June when Israel, with Washington's assistance, targeted Iranian nuclear sites in a fortnight-long engagement that concluded with the US president declaring the facilities had been obliterated. Afterward, European countries exercised their right to restore international penalties, but Iran insists they have not had a significant effect.

Magic Solution Offered

Iranian officials stated they felt they had reached a "perfect agreement" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was decided an Iran-based consortium with US participation could refine atomic fuel. Each party would have been able to declare success since home-based processing would have remained and the US could be assured that Iran's atomic project was solely for peaceful purposes.

It had not been settled in the discussions that American atomic experts could operate inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the partnership suggestion. Diplomats asserted on multiple occasions they had secured an understanding with Trump's special envoy the American negotiator only for the agreement to collapse due to "detractors in America".

Araghchi stated: "It was not Iran that had abandoned dialogue; it was America and the Western nations that had always tried to dictate their desires during the discussions. Dialogue can still be active and stays the final solution to settle disagreements, but its requirements, rules and fundamentals must be followed."
